Moist Choco Cake Experiment

This is how a successful (and edible) chemistry project looks like!
Sift flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, cold water. Mix mix mix. Bake at 180 degrees C for around 30 to 45 minutes. Add some custard filling. Pour a generous amount of bittersweet chocolate ganache (cream+chopped chocolate) and it’s done!
Yum!
Not bad for a novice alchemist.

it is yummy! i still have some left in the fridge.
i wonder, meron kayang taong may ayaw (as in super ayaw) sa chocolates?

i know one..my current roommate. hambal nya napurga na sya sa kakaon sang chocolates halin pa sang bata pa sya, mu na wala na sya gakaon chocolates
