Moist Choco Cake Experiment
This is how a successful (and edible) chemistry project looks like!
Sift flour, cocoa, sugar, baking soda and salt. Add vegetable oil, vinegar, vanilla, cold water. Mix mix mix. Bake at 180 degrees C for around 30 to 45 minutes. Add some custard filling. Pour a generous amount of bittersweet chocolate ganache (cream+chopped chocolate) and it’s done!
Not bad for a novice alchemist.
